- Multiple outline concept designs until your ideal design solution is achieved
- Detailed design
- Submission through to the approval of all Local Authority consents as required
- Any Building Warrant Amendments for minor changes during the build process
- Completion Certificate applications
- 3D images and virtual tours available upon request for a small additional fee
